sink drain toothbrush cups

the room felt a bit tired it needed some upkeep the sink drain in the bathroom did not work well i asked at reception someone came with drain cleaner but it did not really help also there were no toothbrush cups it was a bit disappointing the heating did not make the room feel very warm i expected better.
